Tina Lanier Maye is a graduate of Bowie State University where she double majored in and earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology/Biology with a minor in Chemistry.   

Tina is an accomplished Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professional with more than 15 years’ experience leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefit administration, and organizational development initiatives across corporate, non-profit, government, and staffing environments. She has successfully managed full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations while partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. Her strong analytical skills, commitment to excellence, and passion for developing talent have made her a trusted HR partner throughout her career.  

 At Rocket City HR Consulting, Tina serves as an HR Coordinator & Recruiter where she demonstrates her ability to deliver focused, driven solutions; streamlined operations; and positive workplace cultures.  

Serving the community is of the utmost importance to Tina. In her spare time, she volunteers for several organizations: Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Habitat for Humanity, Girl Scouts of America, and Christian Girls United.   

Tina is the mom of three amazing young ladies who fill her life with love, laughter, and endless adventures.
