Bridgette Bradley works as an HR Business Advisor and Recruiter for Rocket City HR Consulting. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Global Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management and her Master’s of Science in Management with a concentration in Leadership from Troy University. Bridgette holds a Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Bridgette has worked as an “HR Office of One” for over five years in the medical industry. She is enthusiastic about people and assisting in the resolution of complex problems through collaboration and effective communication. She enjoys being an employee champion while also serving the organization’s goals. She has experience with state and federal employment law, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, market analysis, and policy development and implementation.
