We are an outsourced Human Resources provider. Many large companies have the funding to employ a full time HR department with multiple employees all actively working to support the HR needs of the organization; this may require 40 hours per week from each of their HR Department staff members. Small companies have the exact same HR needs as the large corporations -- however, the funding options are typically not nearly as great!
That’s where we come in. As a small business, you may only need HR support 40 hours a month, or 15 hours a week. With our services, you are not dealing with the added pressure of additional employees and benefits for your HR team; we work on a project basis or hourly rate. We have a highly skilled and certified staff of HR consultants that can manage a wide variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, government compliance checks, employee handbooks, specialized training, and more.
